Leonard S. Wolf, Managing Director
Len began his career with the international public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. He established The Wolf Group in 1983, and has directed its growth into the premier Washington-based CPA firm specializing in international and expatriate taxation.
Len is a regular speaker at various international organizations in the U.S. and abroad. His clients have included foreign government ministers, first family members, and other civic, business, and political leaders. He has served on the Virginia Society of CPAs' International Tax Committee, has chaired several professional conferences on international taxation, and has represented the Washington, DC area in trade missions abroad. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the International Tax Committee of Nexia International*, an international organization of CPA and investment firms. Len holds the CPA designation, and is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Dale Mason, International Tax Director
Mr. Mason's 20-year career in taxation has been spent with The Wolf Group and with Big 4 firms highlighted by 15 years of specialization in expatriate taxation. He is the International Tax Director and tax technical resource for The Wolf Group and has worked extensively with international organization and expatriate clients. His expertise partially derives from 4 years living as an expatriate in Poland, where he assisted Fortune 500 companies with expatriate tax matters. After returning to the States, Mr. Mason became one of the few U.S. expatriate tax technical specialists for a Big 4 firm. Mr. Mason is the Expatriate Task Force Chairman of Nexia International (our accounting network) and speaks regularly at international organizations and other venues. He has been invited twice to present expatriate tax topics at the prestigious Florida Annual International Tax Conference on the subjects of "Tax Planning for The International Executive" and "The U.S. Tax Compliance Nightmare of the International Executive." Dale is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Susan Choi, Senior Tax Compliance Manager
Susan manages the tax compliance department at The Wolf Group, P.C. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, where her concentration was Economics.
Susan has over ten years of experience in International Taxation. Before joining The Wolf Group, she was a Tax Manager with KPMG LLP's International Executives Services practice, working six years in their Tyson's Corner, VA office and three years in their Boston, MA office. Prior to her career in international taxation, she worked as a Retail Branch Manager for a regional bank holding company based in Arlington, VA. She resides in Centreville, VA.
