Key findings from the survey show that 98.8% of our clients rated the quality of our service as “Excellent” or “Good,” with 81.7% of the ratings as “Excellent.” In addition, 94% of the respondents said they would refer us to someone else. We are very pleased to receive such positive results and intend to continue to deliver high quality services to keep our clients satisfied. We appreciated the opportunity to work with you, our clients, in the 2010 tax season and we look forward to serving you again in the 2011 tax season.
