In November, Dale traveled to Paris to lead the first Nexia Global Mobility Tax Forum, focused on expatriate tax planning and individual cross-border issues. Susan Choi, Grant Miller, and Andrea Solana from The Wolf Group also attended the Forum. The purpose of the Forum was to position Nexia as a significant force in the expatriate tax marketplace, by strengthening the relationship among Nexia’s current complement of expatriate tax professionals and to provide training to those tax professionals who are considering specializing in this important area.
The Forum was attended by 40 delegates from 18 countries. It was led by Dale, along with a keynote speaker, Mr. Kai Mütze, from International Assignment Consulting in Germany, speaking on “International Payroll and Global Visa Strategies.” The goals of strengthening members’ relationships and to communicate their tax knowledge were achieved and the Forum was considered a tremendous success.
Following the Forum, Dale and The Wolf Group’s Principal, Len Wolf, attended Nexia’s Annual Conference in Paris. The Wolf Group is delighted to announce that we will be hosting the 2012 Annual Conference in Washington D.C.
